Out in my garden
Junk all around
Outside my window
Sun beating down
Hot as a heat lamp
Strange buzzing sound
Out in my garden
Life can be found

Large flying insects
Small birds of prey
And tiny green reptiles
Say "Have a nice day"
And last Sunday's paper
Rots on the ground
There amid the wreckage
Wild flowers abound

Rust all around
Red on the metal
