For 40 nights he was tested till he put him down.
He said Satan you be gone, I'm going to resurrection ground.

Aaron was contested, did he have God's right.
So they put his staff and others in the temple overnight.
They waited through the darkness until the morning sound.
And God brought his staff to life on resurrection ground

Jacob and the angel, they wrestled all night
Till the angel made him lame and that ended the fight
For the rest of his days Jacob hobbled around.
He hobbled all the way to resurrection ground.

There in the garden Jesus cried
He died to his will and surrendered his life
They tortured and killed him who should have been crowned.

The point of all these pictures, is sometimes God will lead
He'll lead us to the dark night of depression and need
He takes things from us, he'll break us down.
But he will give it back on resurrection ground

So if you're being tested and it sure seems long
Just Remember that the darkest hour comes just before dawn.
God knows what he's doing, death must come around.
