Delegation es un grupo disco formado por Ricky Bailey, Len Coley y Roddy Harris.
Empezaron su carrera a finales de los 70s con el single "The Promise Of Love" y un album del mismo titulo. Le siguieron numerosos albumes como "Delegation", "Eau De Vie", "Delegation II", "Deuces High" y "Encore".
